Glory Temple Church is centrally-located in downtown Elgin only one block south of the Police Station.
We are on the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Avenue C (across from Memorial Park---the town square)
FROM AUSTIN:
Take U.S. 290 E to Elgin---go north on Hwy 95 (go left towards Taylor)---take right at traffic light on Avenue C---follow Avenue C thru town to intersection of Central Ave.---look for tall orange/red brick building on the right. We are located one block south of the Elgin Police Dept. at the corner of Ave. C and Central
FROM BASTROP:
Go north on Hwy 95 toward Elgin---when you reach U.S. 290 in Elgin go left (west)---take a right at the first light (before you get to McDonalds) onto Business 95/290 (Loop 109). Go approximately 1/4 mile to stop sign, then veer left onto Main St.---pass Alamo and Brenham Streets, then take left on Central Ave. (just before the RR track)---go one block and church is on the left at corner of Central and Avenue C.
